2025 Gold Nugget Awards.

Previously recognized with an Award of Merit in the same category, The Livelle Mulholland was selected from among 675 competitive entries by a panel of top industry experts. This top honor celebrates the project’s visionary approach to senior living — blending innovation, intentional design, and a deep understanding of what it means to age with purpose and joy.
