Joining CCI in 2025 as Vice President of Asset Management, Joanne leads a team of regional asset managers to drive property performance, enhance value and align asset-level initiatives with broader company objectives. Her team’s responsibilities include budgeting, capital planning, operational strategy, and execution for a diverse portfolio which includes residential, commercial and specialty property types.
Joanne brings over 15 years of experience in residential asset management, with deep expertise in strategically positioning properties for long-term value creation. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and building strong cross-functional relationships. Prior to CCI, Joanne held key roles at industry-leading organizations including Mapletree Investments, Greystar, Jamboree Housing, Highridge Costa Investors, and Healthpeak. Her experience encompasses development asset management, investment and divestment strategy, fund management, and value-add and repositioning strategies across multiple housing types—including active adult, senior housing, affordable housing, conventional multifamily, and student accommodations.
Earlier in her career, Joanne held leadership roles in retail banking, where she managed business unit reporting, incentive compensation plans, budgeting, and investor reporting across a national branch network.
A dedicated champion for women in commercial real estate, Joanne has served on the Board of CREW Orange County and continues to mentor early-career professionals and students. She actively collaborates with undergraduate real estate associations at Cal State Fullerton and the University of California, Irvine. Joanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and her MBA in Finance and International Business, both from the University of California, Irvine.
