Erin began her career in affordable housing over 16 years ago. During that time, she held various roles in which she led lease-ups, oversite of new construction, and rehabs. In her current role as Vice President of Property Management Training & Compliance, Erin and her team are responsible for ensuring CCI’s diverse portfolio of communities maintain compliance with all Federal, State and local affordable housing programs as well as Landlord/Tenant law. Erin also oversees development and deployment of all Property Management training.
During her career, Erin has earned several industry designations including Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO). She’s an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and National Affordable Housing Management Association.
In addition to her passion for CCI’s market-leading compliance program, Erin also loves learning and teaching. She has developed and provided training in leadership, customer service, and housing throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Organizational Behavior degree from Albright College.
