North Dakota Housing Finance Agency Awards Development Assistance
The North Dakota Industrial Commission announced funding commitments by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) for six affordable multifamily housing projects, supporting over 250 units statewide. CCI plays a significant role, receiving $2.54M in combined funding, including $653K in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), $1.26M from the Housing Incentive Fund (HIF), and $633K from HOME funds.
CCI’s project focuses on rehabilitating Pleasant Valley Apartments in Dickinson, a 60-unit community that has not undergone significant renovations since its construction in 1981. The $17.2M project will preserve and modernize the property to ensure safe, affordable housing for residents.
This marks another impactful contribution by CCI, showcasing its commitment to enhancing affordable housing across North Dakota. Learn more about the programs and CCI’s efforts at www.ndhfa.org.
