Lizza has over two decades of experience as a real estate executive. In her role as Regional Vice President – West at CCI, Lizza is responsible for all aspects of property operations for around thirty properties in eight states. Lizza also leads CCI Management’s business development activities for our Western Region.
Prior to joining CCI, Lizza served as Vice President of Operations at Advanced Management Group in Las Vegas, where she oversaw all management operations, driving operational excellence across the organization. Lizza has served in executive positions at several leading property management firms, including as Senior Vice President at Prime Residential, where she managed a portfolio of over 8,000 units across Northern California, Reno, and Portland, overseeing annual revenues of $177 million. Her expertise spans strategic planning, financial oversight, acquisitions, and risk management, consistently delivering impressive results in operational efficiency and revenue growth.
A respected industry leader, Lizza maintains an active presence in several professional organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for IREM Chapter 99 and chairing Student Outreach initiatives. She is a graduate of NAAEI’s Leadership Lyceum program and has twice served as President of NVSAA (2004 & 2012). Lizza holds a Nevada Real Estate License and is recognized for her expertise as a Certified Property Manager and former Real Estate Broker in both Nevada and Arizona.
