As Regional Vice President for CCI’s Eastern Region, Mary is responsible for around 30 properties east of the Mississippi River. Mary has more than 25 years of multifamily management experience, with an emphasis on affordable housing. She has also worked with conventional (market rate), student and senior communities and has extensive experience with both owner-operated and third-party managed assets.
In addition to her track record of success in Property Operations, Mary’s previous roles include leadership of other departments, including Marketing, Maintenance, Affordable Housing Compliance, Asset Management and Risk Management.
Mary enjoys collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and implement strategic initiatives that enhance portfolio performance and Teammate satisfaction.
Mary earned a B.A. in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from South Carolina State University. She is also a licensed realtor in South Carolina and a member of multiple industry organizations.
