Initially stalled due to market conditions and city approval delays following the 2008 financial crisis, the project was successfully completed in 2015 after CCI partnered with a local developer to take over the project. The facility provides a much-needed storage solution for military personnel and the surrounding community.

The development was entailed and approved despite several hurdles related to financing and local government approvals.
