Overview
Bond House is a 75-unit, low-rise residential property located at 720 Brisco Ave., Bastrop, LA 71220, serving the elderly community. In 2017, CCI was awarded approximately $4.6 million in tax credits to renovate and preserve the property. Through a combination of tax credit equity and private financing, CCI successfully completed $2.6 million in renovations through a tenant-in-place tax credit modernization. This project focused on preserving affordable housing for the elderly, ensuring that residents can continue to live in a well-maintained, supportive environment.

The renovation of Bond House focused on upgrading essential systems and modernizing resident living spaces while maintaining the building’s affordable status through the use of 9% LIHTC tax credits.
