Welling Square Apartments is a 3 story apartment complex with 170 living units. In 2015, CCI applied for a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and was subsequently awarded $750,000 yearly low-income housing tax credits. Since that time, $4,793,768 of construction and renovations have been performed on the property including washer/dryer upgrades, dishwasher installment, new floors, interior unit upgrades, new HVAC, walking trail and more.
