In 2015, CCI was awarded $750,000 annually in 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to renovate and improve the property. Since then, over $4.7 million in renovations have been completed, including washer/dryer and dishwasher installations, new flooring, HVAC system upgrades, and the addition of a walking trail, all contributing to enhanced living conditions and greater energy efficiency for residents.
