Bond House is a low rise building with 75 units located at 720 Brisco Ave., Bastrop, LA 71220. In 2017, CCI was awarded approximately $4.6 million tax credit to renovate and preserve Bond House. Through a combination of tax credit equity and private financing, CCI performed $2.6M worth of construction at the property through a tenant-in-place tax credit modernization.
